Tralee Terrace is part of an affordable housing program, and there are income and student status restrictions. Household income is calculated based on GROSS annual earnings from all sources, including wages, social security, public assistance, pensions, annuities, interest, dividends, stocks, bonds, insurance settlements, and gifts from family or friends, among others. To qualify, your household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Total household income must remain BELOW the following limits based on household size:

• 1 Occupant: $52,200
• 2 Occupants: $59,640
• 3 Occupants: $67,080
• 4 Occupants: $74,520
• 5 Occupants: $80,520
• 6 Occupants: $86,460
